Εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Ομαδική Ανάλυση στον Ελληνικό Οργανισμό Ψυχοθεραπείας και Παιδείας στην Ομαδική Ανάλυση (HOPEinGA) από όπου αποφοίτησε το 2021. Έχει ακόμα ολοκληρώσει σεμινάρια: Κλινικής Ψυχοπαθολογίας (Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών, 2013) και Ειδικής Αγωγής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (2022). Από το 2015 ως και σήμερα έχει ευρεία επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αρκετές δομές ψυχικής υγείας. Έχει εργαστεί σε κλειστό ψυχιατρικό πλαίσιο, στην Ψυχιατρική Κλινική «Σινούρη», όπου ανέλαβε ατομικές, ομαδικές συνεδρίες νοσηλευόμενων και συμβουλευτική συγγενών. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί σε ανοιχτά κοινοτικά πλαίσια, αναλαμβάνοντας την υποστήριξη ευάλωτων ομάδων (προσφύγων), στην Μ.Κ.Ο. Νόστος και στο Διεθνή Οργανισμό Μετανάστευσης (ΔΟΜ). Μέχρι και σήμερα, εργάζεται ως Σύμβουλος Ψυχικής Υγείας στη δημόσια Β’θμια εκπαίδευση όπου έχει αναλάβει την ψυχολογική υποστήριξη μαθητών, κηδεμόνων και εκπαιδευτικών σε ατομικό και ομαδικό επίπεδο. Τέλος, αναλαμβάνει ατομικές και ομαδικές συνεδρίες ενηλίκων και εφήβων καθώς και Διαδικτυακές συνεδρίες. Μέσω της θεραπευτικής σχέσης ο στόχος είναι η επικοινωνία, η έκφραση και η ενδυνάμωση καθώς και η θεραπευτική ισχύ της ομάδας, όπου ενισχύονται το καθρέφτισμα, η ασφάλεια και το αίσθημα του «ανήκειν».
