Επιτέλους αρχίζω να διαχειρίζομαι τη σχέση μου με το φαγητό και να ελέγχω τα βουλιμικά επεισόδια που ήταν καθημερινότητα. Καταρτισμένη ψυχολόγος, με έκανε να νιώσω πολύ άνετα και μου έδωσε ελπίδα ότι μπορώ να μάθω να φροντίζω τον εαυτό μου. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα και πολύ ιδιαίτερη συνεδρία. Κατάλαβα κάτι πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Η ψυχοθεραπεία χρειάζεται χρόνο, αλλά κάθε φορά που βγαίνεις από τη συνεδρία, έχεις μάθει περισσότερα για τον εαυτό σου. Δεν μπορώ να περιγράψω το πώς είναι να βγαίνω έξω μετά τη θεραπεία. Η Πηνελόπη είναι πολύ ιδιαίτερη ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και είμαι τυχερός που την βρήκα, γιατί ένοιωθα πως είχα ανάγκη να συναντήσω κάποιον που μπορεί να με βοηθήσει, κυρίως στο χρόνιο στρες και στις κρίσεις πανικού. Τώρα είμαι κάθε βδομάδα και πιο κοντά στους στόχους μου, κάθε βδομάδα και λίγο καλύτερα, κάθε βδομάδα και πιο κοντά στον εαυτό μου. Άνοιξε ένα νέο κεφάλαιο στη ζωή μου
