Επιπλέον, έχει εκπαιδευτεί στη Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική Κλινική Υπνοθεραπεία και είναι μέλος της Διεθνούς Ένωσης Ψυχοθεραπευτών (NCIP). Διαθέτει εμπειρία και έχει εργαστεί εθελοντικά στο Αιγινήτειο Νοσοκομείο, παρακολουθώντας και συμμετέχοντας ενεργά σε συνεδρίες ψυχικά πασχόντων στα εξωτερικά ιατρεία των Ψυχιάτρων κ. Σμυρνή και κ. Έχοντας επισκεφτεί και στο παρελθόν ακόμη δύο ψυχοθεραπευτές, αναζητούσα από τον εκάστοτε θεραπευτή μου την ασφάλεια, την εμπιστοσύνη και την συνοδοιπορία. Από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία αυτά τα βρήκα στην Έλένη. Η μοναχικότητα,ο φόβος και το άγχος, αντικαταστάθηκαν από την αυτοεξάρτηση, την πληρότητα και την ενδυνάμωση του εγώ μου, συνολικά. Η υπνοθεραπεία όπως και η παιγνιοθεραπεία με βοήθησαν να ανακαλύψω πτυχές του εαυτού μου υπό ένα πιο διασκεδαστικό και out of the box πρίσμα. Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Αυτό που μου αρέσει στην κ.Ρεσβανη ειναι ότι θα σε κάνει να νιώσεις ότι δεν κανείς μόνος σου κάποιο ταξίδι . Θα σε κανει να νιώσεις οικεία σε κάθε συνέδρια . Και φυσικά το πιο σημαντικό για την γνώμη μου , να μπορείς σε κάθε συνέδρια να μαθαίνεις όλο περισσότερα πράγματα , γνωσιακά και για τον εαυτό σου και αυτό σε βοηθάει παρά πολύ . Σου μεταφέρει τις γνώσεις που πρέπει να ξέρεις για να γίνεσαι όλο και καλύτερος .
