Ποιον γιατρό να επισκεφθώ για αυξημένη διαστολική πίεση στα 51;

Καλημέρα. Έίμαι 51 και τις τελευταίες μέρες έχω υψηλή μικρή (διαστολική πίεση). Είχα πολύ καιρό να μετρήσω, την τελευταία φορά που έδωσα αίμα πριν από ένα χρόνο είχα ,μεγάλη 12,8 και μικρή 8,9. Τώρα τις τελευταίες μέρες άρχισα να μετρώ και έχω μεγάλη 13,5 περίπου και μικρή από 9 μέχρι και 10,5. Να δω καρδιολόγο ή παθολόγο?
