Τι σημαίνουν αυξημένα ένζυμα ήπατος στον σύζυγο χωρίς κατανάλωση αλκοόλ;
Καλησπέρα, Ο σύζυγος μου έκανε κάποιες εξετάσεις αίματος καθώς είχε χρόνια να κάνει. Στα αποτελέσματα που λάβαμε βγήκανε αυξημένα κάποια ένζημα στο ήπαρ του, όπως: Serum ALT level 57 IU/L και τα φυσιολογικά επίπεδα είναι από 10 μέχρι 45 επίσης το Serum alkaline phosphate είναι εντος φυσιολογικών ορίων όπως 96 IU/L και τα φυσιολογικά επίπεδα είναι απο 30 μέχρι 130. Τι σημαίνει αυτό καθώς έχω αγχωθεί μέχρι να δούμε τον γιατρό από κοντά και να μας εξηγήσει. Ζούμε στο Ηνωμενο Βασίλειο και τα ραντεβού για να δεις έναν γιατρό θέλουν λίγο χρόνο δυστυχώς. Να πω επίσης ότι ο σύζυγος δεν πίνει αλκοόλ σχεδόν καθόλου ούτε καπνίζει και ήταν για πολλά χρόνια ποδοσφαιριστής τώρα είναι 30 χρονών αλλά έχει σταματήσει το ποδόσφαιρο 6 χρόνια τώρα.

είναι ελάχιστα τσιμπημένη η ALT, δεν πρέπει να ανησυχείτε, μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος επιπλέον έλεγχος και υπερηχογράφημα άνω κοιλίας, μην αγχώνεστε όμως είναι πολύ μικρή η διαφορά
