Τι σημαίνει τιμή αντισωμάτων ηπατίτιδας Α 0.01 COI μετά από εμβολιασμό 22 ετών;
Καλησπερα σας. Πραγματοποίησα πρόσφατα ανοσολογικές εξετάσεις όπου τα αντισώματα Ηπατίτιδας A Ολικά ήταν 0.01 COI με τιμές αναφοράς « αρνητικά: > 1.0» και «θετικά: < 1.0». Το αποτέλεσμα σημαίνει ότι έχω ενεργή λοίμωξη από HAV ή ότι είχα λοίμωξη από HAV στο παρελθόν? Έχω εμβολιαστεί με δυο δόσεις για την ηπατίτιδα Α αλλά πριν από σχεδον 22 χρόνια. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω ακόμα αντισώματα και η τιμή αυτή να ωφελείτε στο εμβόλιο? Αν ναι, υπάρχει κάποια εξέταση που μπορώ να κάνω για να διευκρινίσω ότι τα αντισώματα προέρχονται από εκεί και όχι από παλαιότερη λοίμωξη? Σας ευχαριστω εκ των προτέρων.
