Στατίνες, λιποπρωτεΐνη και συνένζυμο Q10: Επηρεάζουν συκώτι & νεφρά;
Επειδή έχω υψηλή λιποπρωτεινη χώρις να έχω χοληστερινη παίρνω στατινες. Ισχύει ότι οι στατινες βλάπτουν το συκώτι και τα νεφρά?ένα συμπλήρωμα συνένζυμο q10 θα βοηθούσε?

Καλησπέρα σας,αρχικά η αυξημένη λιποπρωτεινη είναι παράγοντας κινδύνου για έμφραγμα ή εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο οπότε πρέπει να αλλάξουμε την διατροφή μας ,απώλεια βάρους και διακοπή καπνίσματος ,να πάρετε salospir 100mg και περπάτημα.Οι Στατίνες δεν βοηθούν ιδιαίτερα και δεν βλάπτουν νεφρούς .Συμβουλευτείτε τον καρδιολόγο σας.Ευχαριστώ πολύ
