Γειά σας. Ειμαι νοσηλεύτρια. Έκανα πρόσφατα εξετάσεις γιατί θα άλλαζα εργασία και μου έβγαλε anti hav ολικο θετικο. Και anti hbs 50. Σημαίνει πως έχω αντισώματα στην ηπατίτιδα α και β? Λογικά θα είχα κολλήσει από βελονα. Τι θα πρέπει να προσέξω? Μπορώ να κολλήσω κάποιον άλλον? Η δεν είναι κάτι σημαντικό?

Καλημέρα σας. Τα αντισώματα οφείλονται σε εμβολιασμό προφανώς, για να δείτε ότι δεν είναι τα anti-HBs από νόσηση πρέπει να κάνετε και το anti-HBc. Δεν μεταδίδετε κάτι, είστε προστατευμένη, όπως και πρέπει.

Τα αντισώματα κατά πάσα πιθανότητα έχουν προκύψει μετά από εμβολιασμό. Καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε το πλήρες πάνελ για την ηπατίτιδα β για να το επιβεβαιώσουμε
