Χρειάζομαι χάπι για χοληστερίνη αν τρώω μόνο τηγανητά και πιτόγυρα;
Είμαι 37 ετών εχω TRIG : 167 mg/dL, ΗDL-C 38 mg/dL, Non-HDL 155 mg/dL, TC193 mg/dL Ε... Χρειάζομαι χάπι? Η διατροφή μου τους τελευταίους μήνες είναι μόνο τηγανιτά κ πιτογυρα

Βελτιώστε τη διατροφή μας (οχι λιπαρά, τηγανητά, junk food) και επαναλάβετε εξετάσεις σε 3 μήνες. Εάν παραμένουν αυξημένες, επικοινωνήστε εκ νέου.

Καλημέρα σας. Ανάλογα με το λοιπό ιστορικό και το φύλο καθορίζεται ένας θεωρητικός κίνδυνος και αν χρειάζεται κάποιο άτομο φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Καλό θα ήταν να απευθυνθείτε σε κάποιο γιατρό για να σας συμβουλεύσει εξατομικευμένα για τα επόμενα βήματα διαγνωστικά - θεραπευτικά. Σε κάθε περίπτωση η άσκηση και οι υγιεινοδιαιτητικές αλλαγές βοηθάνε.

Αφού κοψεις τα τηγανιτά και τα πιτογυρα για 2-3 μήνες θα ξανακάνεις εξετάσεις και το πιθανότερο είναι να είναι καλά.Αν δεν μπορείς να μειώσεις ουσιαστικά αυτά που τρως ναι θα πρέπει να ξεκινήσεις φαρμακευτική αγωγή
