Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 36 ετών παχύσαρκα με χοληστερίνη 200 ,HDL 54, LDL 123 και LPa 63 τι πρέπει να κάνω; Μπορώ να τα ρίξω με διατροφή και άσκηση; Είμαι ήδη σε δίαιτα έχω χάσει 15 κιλα

  • Καλημέρα σας. Ανάλογα με το λοιπό ιστορικό (πχ κάπνισμα; άλλα προβλήματα υγείας) του λιπιδαιμικού ελέγχου καθορίζεται ένας θεωρητικός κίνδυνος και αν χρειάζεται αγωγή (φαρμακευτική). Καλό θα ήταν να απευθυνθείτε σε κάποιο γιατρό ειδικά αν υπάρχουν και άλλοι παράγοντες κινδύνου για να σας συμβουλεύσει εξατομικευμένα. Οι οι υγιεινοδιαιτητικές αλλαγές και η άσκηση σίγουρα βοηθάνε.
