Τι να κάνω με χοληστερόλη 276 και LDL 212; Αγωγή ή διατροφή;
Καλησπέρα , είμαι άνδρας 38 ετών , σε πρόσφατες εξετάσεις η ολική χοληστερόλη ήταν 276, τριγλυκερίδια 89, HDL 46, LDL 212. Τι να κανω; Να ξεκινήσω κάποια αγωγή ή να προσπαθήσω με διατροφή και άσκηση ;

Είναι τόσο μεγάλο το νούμερο της LDL που μόνο η αλλαγή της διατροφής δεν νομίζω να φτανει
