Ο γιος μου είναι 20 ετών. Πριν τρεις μήνες έκανε εξετάσεις. Η χοληστερίνη του ήταν 261 η LDL 171 η HDL 60 και τα τριγλυκερίδια 146. Σήμερα μετά από διατροφή που έκανε κι έχασε 7 κιλά η χοληστερίνη του είναι 257 η LDL 179 η HDL 61 και τα τριγλυκεριδια του είναι 84.ολα μοιάζουν να άλλαξαν όμως η κακη ανέβηκε. Μήπως πρέπει να ξεκινήσει αγωγή;

Μάλλον έκανε δίαιτα και όχι διατροφη γι'αυτο εχασε 7 κιλα αλλά ανεβασετην κακη χοληστερίνη.Δεν είναι το ίδιο διατροφή και δίαιτα
