Να αρχίσω αγωγή με χάπι για χοληστερόλη μετά από συμπτώματα;
Είμαι άντρας, 28 χρονών και 62 κιλά. Ολική αφαίρεση υπόφυσης (αγωγή υδροκορτιζόνη 1 πρωί, μισό το απόγευμα, T4 88 και minirin 60, κάθε 3 μήνες ένεση τεστοστερόνης) τον Οκτώβριο του 2024 είχα, ολική χοληστερόλη 233, HDL - Χοληστερόλη 48, LDL - Χοληστερόλη 155, Τριγλυκερίδια 152. Έχω κάνει το 2023 σπινθηρογράφημα όλα τέλεια, αλλά η γιατρός (ενδοκρινολόγος) και καρδιολόγος μου είχαν πει για χάπι για την χοληστερόλη, αλλά τελικά δεν πήρα, έλεγα θα τα καταφέρω με άσκηση. Τώρα πριν τα Χριστούγεννα, νόμιζα παθαίνω έμφραγμα και πήγα με ασθενοφόρο στο νοσοκομείο, εκεί μου είπαν πως είναι όλα καλά, από αρχές του χρόνου άρχισα να γυμνάζομαι, αλλά από το Φεβρουάριο νιώθω ένα βάρος στο στήθος και τσιμπήματα, τώρα έχω κάνα 2 μέρες νιώθω και έντονη ζαλάδα. Έχω ξανά πάει το 2022, λόγω πάνω κάτω το ίδιο μου είπα κρίση άγχους, όπως και τώρα πριν τα Χριστούγεννα. Οπότε, τελικά να αρχίσω και αγωγή με χάπι για την χοληστερόλη?
