Μπορεί η μητέρα μου (53) με χοληστερόλη 238.6 να βελτιώσει διατροφή αντί για αγωγή;
Καλησπέρα Πήγε η μητέρα μου για εξετάσεις αίματος και της βρήκαν χοληστερόλη 238.6, LDL 135.4 και HDL 81.5. Έιναι 53 ετών χωρίς άλλα προβλήματα υγείας και φυσιολογικό βάρος. Δεν γυμνάζεται και η διατροφή της θα ήθελε βελτίωση κατα την γνώμη μ. Ο παθολόγος της όμως της έδωσε κατευθείαν τρίμηνη αγωγή. Δεν θα μπορούσε να δοκιμάσει να φτιάξει την διατροφή της πρώτα?

εξαρταται και απο αλλους παραγοντες.... καπνιζει? εχει γινει ελεγχος καρωτιδων?? Το καλο ειναι οτι εχει υψηλη την καλη της χοληστερινη..αυτο την προστατευει πολυ
