Καλησπερα σας, Ειμαι 43 ετων, 74κιλα , 1,76m.Ειχα απο μικρός αυξημενη ελαφρως χοληστερίνη(παρότι αδύνατος).Η τελευταία εξέταση είχα CHOL 245, LDL 149 καΙ ΟΜΟΚΥΣΤΕΊΝΗ 16,2.τριγλυκεριδια 60, HDL 89.Χρειάζεται αγωγή ή όχι;

Παρόλο που το 149 είναι αυξημένο ως τιμή έχεις πολύ καλή την HDL και τα τριγλυκεριδια καλά ίσως να περίμενες λίγο πριν να αρχίσεις φαρμακευτική αγωγή αν δεν έχεις άλλους παραγοντες(κάπνισμα,πίεση,σάκχαρο κτλ)
