Καλησπέρα σας είμαι γυναίκα 55 ετών έχω ολική χοληστερίνη 211 H HDL 73 και η LDL 119 πρέπει να ξεκινήσω χάπι; είχα πάρει τα φυτικά Συμπληρώματα διατροφής ariChol Για ένα με δύο μήνες και με βοήθησαν έπεσε η ολική χοληστερίνη στα 174 περίπου. Τι πρέπει να κάνω; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
