Καλησπέρα σας! Είμαι άνδρας 65 ετών.....Στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις που έκανα, παρουσίασα χοληστερίνη ορού αίματος 270 mg, HDL 26 mg, LDL 193 mg, τριγλυκερίδια ορού αίματος 256 mg και αθηρωματικό δείκτη 10,4... Τί με συμβουλεύετε να κάνω? Μπορω να πάρω φυτικό χάπι για τη χοληστερίνη?
