Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 39 ετών 1,71 86 κιλά σήμερα έκανα εξετάσεις και πρώτη φορά είναι τόσο ανεβασμένες οι τιμές χοληστερίνη 246 τριγλυκεριδια 100 χολιστ. Ldl 178.τι μπορώ να κάνω; σας ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα. Σιγουρα πρέπει να φτιάξεις τη διατροφή σου και να ξεκινήσεις άσκηση καθημερινά στη ζωή αν δεν τα κανεις ήδη. Με αυτές όμως τις τιμες μονο διατροφή και άσκηση δεν θα μπορέσουν να πετύχεις το στόχο που ειναι LDL κάτω από 110. Χρειάζεται παράλληλα να ξεκινήσεις και φάρμακευτικη αγωγή. Ο στόχος 110 για LDL ισχύει εφόσον η α λιποπρωτεινη ( που λογικά δεν έχεις μετρήσει γιατί δεν την αναφέρεις ) δεν ειναι παθολογική .
