Καλησπερα. Ειμαι 32 χρονων. Κανω εδω και αρκετους μηνες διατροφη και ασκηση. Ειμαι 72 κιλα δεν τρωω τηγανητα κλπ. Η χοληστερινη μου ειναι 218 HDL 48 LDL 171 και Lpa 138

Δυστυχώς θεώρησε ατομο υψηλού κινδύνου μονο από το γεγονός ότι όχι απλα ειναι παθολογική η α λιποπρωτεινη αλλά ειναι και πάνω από 100. Για το λογο αυτο οι ειδικοί συμβουλεύουν για πρωινή έναρξη αγωγής με ισχυρή στατινη ( κατά προτίμηση ροσουβαστατινη) καθώς ο κίνδυνος για έμφραγμα σε νεαρότερη ηλικία ειναι εξαιρετικά υψηλός.

Αν πραγματικά κάνεις σοβαρή διατροφή τα πράγματα δεν είναι πολύ καλά γιατί οι τιμές είναι πολύ ανεβασμένες.Θα χρειαστείς φαρμακευτική αγωγή
