Αύξηση χοληστερόλης και LDL σε γυναίκα 42 ετών με ήπια θρομβοφιλία και οικογενειακό ιστορικό καρδιοπάθειας: Τι προτείνετε;
Καλημέρα σας. Είμαι γυναίκα 42 ετών, ύψος 1.72 βάρος 70 κιλά. Περπατώ καθημερινά 30 λεπτά κτ ελάχιστο κ σε γενικές γραμμές ακολουθώ μεσογειακή διατροφή. Μέχρι κ πριν από 3 χρόνια οι εξετάσεις μου ήταν φυσιολογικές εντός ορίων τριγλυκερίδια, ολική χοληστερόλη, LDL και HDL άνω του 60. Σταδιακά υπάρχει μια αύξηση σε ολική χοληστερόλη και στην LDL . Φέτος οι τιμές είναι: ολική χοληστερόλη 232, LDL 154, HDL 64, τριγλυκερίδια 84 και lp a 55. Έχω ήπια θρομβοφιλια (ετεροζυγωτιες) και οικογενειακό ιστορικό από τον πατέρα μου (ήταν καπνιστής) στεφανιαία νόσο, τριπλό bypass και ανεύρυσμα κοιλιακής αορτής το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε ξανά μετά από 8 χρόνια. Θα επισκεφθώ καρδιολόγο για πλήρη έλεγχο αλλά τι μου προτείνετε κ εσείς; Δεν είμαι καπνίστρια

Εφ όσον θα πατε σε καρδιολόγο, θα τα βάλετε σε μια σειρά. Το καλό είναι ότι η HDL είναι υψηλή. Οπότε μην ανησυχείς

Πρέπει να υιοθετησεις μια υγιεινή διατροφή και αν δεν πέσουν οι τιμές να αρχίσεις στατινες
