Φοβάμαι τις παρενέργειες των στατινών για χοληστερίνη 250 και διαταση αορτής

Γειά σας είμαι 53 ετών στην εμμηνόπαυση 4 χρονια τώρα έχω διαταση ανιουσας αορτής και δυπτιχη αορτικη βαλβίδα. Κάθε χρόνο κάνω έλεγχο τώρα είναι 4.2 έκανα γενικές εξετάσεις και 250 χοληστερίνη ο γιατρός μου συνέστησε στατινες μινοπλας πλας των 10 αλλά φοβάμαι τις παρενέργειες γενικά φοβάμαι τα φάρμακα είμαι σε δίλημμα δεν ξέρω τι να κάνω μπορείτε να με βοηθήσετε;
