Κετογονική δίαιτα 16/8, 45 ετών: Τρομάζουν τα τριγλυκερίδια 187, συμβουλές;
γεια σας. 45 ετων. κετογονικη με διαλειμματικη 16/8 εδω και 4 μηνες. εκανα εξετασεις οι οποιες εδειξαν 1045 ολικη χοληστερινη, 858 ldl, 47 hdl και 187 τριγλυκεριδια. η τιμη των τριγλυκεριδιων με τρομαζει και οχι η χοληστερινη. θα ηθελα να ακουσω καποια ιατρικη συμβουλη και ευχαριστω γι αυτο εκ των προτερων.
