Εχω χοληστερόλη 235 με HDL 47, LDL 171 και τριγλυκερίδια 113, γυναίκα 59 ετών: να πάρω στατίνες;
Εχω χοληστερόλη 235 mg/dl με HDL 47mg/dl kai LDL 171 mg/dl, τριγλυκερίδια 113,g/dl. Ειμαι 59 ετων, γυναικα, 1,65 υψος και 78 κιλα. Η διατροφη μου ειναι αρκετα προσεχτική σε λίπη, αθλουμαι μετρια (κυριως περπατημα). Θα πρέπει να παρω στατινες;
