Είμαι 53, μετά την εμμηνόπαυση έχω χοληστερίνη 242. Να πάρω χάπι;
Είμαι γυναίκα 53 ετών. Μετά την εμμηνόπαυση εμφανίστηκε χοληστερίνη. Έχω χοληστερόλη 242, HDL 76, LDL 150, τριγλυκερίδια 78. Θα πρέπει να ξεκινήσω χάπι;

Αν έχετε προσεγμένη διατροφή ναι χρειάζεστε χάπι,αν όχι πρώτα αλλάζετε διατροφή (ελάχιστα λιπαρα όπως τυριά,αλλαντικά,γλυκά,τηγανιτα κτλ)και σε περίπτωση που δεν πετύχουμε ικανοποιητική μείωση της χοληστερίνης ξεκινούμε και χαπι
