Είμαι γυναίκα 49 ετών(ακόμη με έμμηνο ρύση). Στις αιματολογικές όλα ήταν φυσιολογικά ,εκτός από τις τιμές χοληστερίνης.Ολικη χολιστερολη:193 , τριγλυκερίδια:114 , HDL :44, LDL:124 Πίεση έχω σχεδόν πάντα 8-10,5 . Κανεις στην οικογένεια δεν έχει ιστορικό με καρδιαγγειακα κ χοληστερίνη.Εχω 10 κιλά πάνω από το βάρος μου,αλλα δεν τρώω τηγανητά.Μονο μια φορά την εβδομάδα γλυκό.Τρωω σχεδόν καθημερινά γαλοπούλα ή ψητό κοτόπουλο (αλλαντικά).Ο γιατρός μου είπε ,ότι δεν χρειάζεται χάπι,αλλά να χάσω κιλά.Να σημειωσω εδώ ,ότι πριν 4 χρόνια που ήμουν αδύνατη όλες οι τιμές ήταν καλές ,αλλά η HDL ,ήταν ακόμη πιο χαμηλή,38! Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας; Ευχαριστώ!
