Είμαι 57 ετών γυναίκα κ πριν 4 μήνες έκανα εξετάσεις κ είχα χοληστερίνη 218 ldl 138, hdl 48 . Ένα τριπλεξ καρωτίδων που έκανα έδειξε πολύ λίγες μικρές αθηρωματικες πλάκες χωρίς καμία στένωση. Το τριπλεξ καρδιάς βγήκε πολύ καλό μου είπε ο γιατρός αλλά λόγω των αθηρωματωσεων μου έδωσε χάπι για χοληστερίνη. Τώρα που έκαν εξετάσεις η χοληστερίνη μου έπεσε 139 η ldi 66 k hdl 43 κ τα τριγλυκερίδια 138 . Δεν τρώω πολύ κόκκινο κρέας γυμνάζομαι αρκετά θα έλεγα τα τελευταία χρόνια κ περπατάω αρκετά. Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για τις λίγες αθηρωματικες πλάκες?
