Διστάζω μεταξύ φαρμάκων και φυτικών σκευασμάτων για χοληστερίνη 56 ετών γυναίκας στην εμμηνόπαυση.
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι γυναίκα 56 ετών με αρκετά παραπάνω κιλά. Είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση. Δεν κάπνισα ποτέ μου. Οι εξετάσεις μου είναι οι εξής. Χοληστερόλη 215, Τριγλυκερίδια 163, HDL 51, LDL 131, Σάκχαρο 102. Πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να αρχίσω κάποιο χάπι για την χοληστερίνη ; O παθολόγος μου είπε ναι ενώ ο καρδιολόγος πως δεν χρειάζεται . Επίσης ποια η γνώμη σας για κάποιο φυτικό σκεύασμα; Eυχαριστώ πολύ .
