Καλησπέρα σας είμαι 45 χρόνων άνδρας και μόλις έκανα εξετάσεις η ολική χοληστερόλη είναι 233 η HDL 55 ηLDL173 και τριγλυκερίδια 50 με ανησύχησε η ολική χοληστερόλη πρέπει να ξεκινήσω χάπι;

Αν κάνεις σωστη διατροφή ναι πρέπει να ξεκινήσεις χάπι.Αν δεν τρεφεσαι υγιεινά θα αλλάξεις ΓΙΑ ΠΑΝΤΑ διατροφή και μετά αν δεν γίνουν φυσιολογικες οι τιμές θα πάρεις χσπι
