Είναι ασφαλής ο ενδοσκοπικός υπέρηχος μετά από αφαίρεση χολής;
Καλημερα σας μου ζητήθηκε να κάνω ενδοσκοπικό υπέρηχο μετά από αφαιρεση χολής λόγω εμφάνισης συμπτωματων. Ειναι ασφαλής εξέταση; Επίσης μπορει να επέμβει ο γιατρός και να διορθώσει κάτι ή ειναι μια απλή εξέταση;

Ο ενδοσκοπικός υπέρηχος είναι μια γαστροσκόπηση όπου το γαστροσκόπιο διαθέτει και μια κεφαλή υπερήχων οπότε μπορεί να ελέγξει και όργανα όπως το πάγκρεας καλύτερα απ' ότι ένας κλασικός υπέρηχος κοιλιάς. Έχει επίσης τη δυνατότητα να πάρει στοχευμένες βιοψίες εάν εντοπίσει κάποια ύποπτη περιοχή. Απλά κρατήστε υπόψη ότι επειδή είναι μια πολύ εξειδικευμένη εξέταση, είναι διαθέσιμη μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα μεγάλα νοσοκομεία.

Ασφαλής εξέταση είναι. Στα χοληφόρα συνήθως είναι απλά διαγνωστική εξέταση και αν χρειαστεί επέμβαση κάνουμε ERCP.
