Προσπαθώ για εγκυμοσύνη με πολύκυστικες ωοθήκες και σταθερό κύκλο - Τι να κάνω;
Γεια σας είμαι 31 χρονών και προσπαθώ για παιδί έχω πολύκυστικες αλλά έχω σταθερό κύκλο περιόδου και κάνω κανονικά ωορρηξίες κάθε μήνα τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει ; Προσπαθώ εδώ και 6 μήνες

Συνεχίστε τις προσπάθειες για 6 μήνες ακόμα και αν δεν τα καταφέρετε ξεκινήστε την διερεύνηση της υπογονιμοτητας.

Από τη στιγμή που κάνετε ωορρηξίες (σταθερός κύκλος) θα πρέπει να συνεχίσετε στοχευμένα τις προσπάθειες σας κατά τις γόνιμες ημέρες. Για καλύτερο προσδιορισμό της ωορρηξίας χρησιμοποιήστε τεστ από το φαρμακείο. Σε περίπτωση που δεν επιτευχθεί κύηση στο επόμενο 4-6μηνο καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε μια σειρά εξετάσεων που αφορούν τη γονιμότητα τόσο εσείς όσο καινό σύντροφος σας.
