Καλησπέρα . Η θρομβοφιλία μου είναι σε υψηλό επίπεδο και θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχει κάποια βιταμίνη που να με βοηθήσει γιατί θέλω να μείνω έγκυος

Καλησπέρα σας. Η θρομβοφιλία εξαρτάται από πολλούς παράγοντες και κατά συνέπεια ο όρος είναι σε 'υψηλό επίπεδο' δεν μας βοηθάει πολύ να κατανοήσουμε ποιος είναι ο συγκεκριμένος παράγοντας στην δικιά σας περίπτωση. Θα πρέπει να εκτιμηθείτε σίγουρα από έναν γυναικολόγο και λογικά θα χρειαστεί και η συμβολή του αιματολόγου για να καταλήξουμε στην αγωγή που πρέπει να λάβετε εαν φυσικά αυτό κριθεί απαραίτητο. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο και καλή σας επιτυχία.

Μόνο το φιλικό οξύ σε ένα μόνο παράγοντα της θρομβοφιλιας , συνήθως μόλις μείνετε έγκυος θα πρέπει αρχίσετε αντιπηκτική αγωγή

Aν έχετε θρομβοφιλία διαγνωσμένη αυτό δεν υπάρχει κάτι που χρειάζεται να κάνετε πριν να μείνετε έγκυος. Θα πρέπει όμως με το που μάθετε οτι είστε έγκυος να μιλήσετε με το γυναικολόγο σας γιατί μπορεί να χρειαστεί λόγω της θρομβοφιλίας να ξεκινήσετε αντιπηκτικές ενέσεις.
