Καλημέρα σας , έκανα ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις και η προλακτίνη μου βγήκε 45,47 ng/mL , είμαι 22 χρονών , υπάρχει περίπτωση να μη μπορώ να κάνω παιδιά στο μέλλον; Στη γυναικολόγο που πήγα μου είπε οτι δε θα έχω θέμα αλλά στο ίντερνετ άλλα διάβασα. Επίσης έχω πολυκυστική μορφολογία όπως μου είπε η γυναικολόγος. Θα ήθελα μια δεύτερη γνωμη πλζ σχετικα με την προλακτίνη, και τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης χωρίς αντισυλλυπτικα χάπια όπως μου πρότεινε η γυναικολόγος μου. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η προλακτινη είναι μια πολύ "ευαίσθητη" ορμόνη. Δεν θα ανησυχούσα ιδιαίτερα κ δεν πιστεύω ότι θα σας εμποδίσει να κάνετε παιδιά. Χρειάζεται να γίνει ένας πιο συγκεκριμένος έλεγχος για να δούμε εάν συνεχίζει να είναι υψηλή κ να βρούμε την αιτία. Προφανώς χωρίς να σας έχω εξετάσει κ χωρίς να γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας δεν μπορώ να γίνω πιο συγκεκριμένος. Ελπίζω όμως να σας φανεί χρήσιμη η απάντηση μου.
