Είναι ανησυχητικό το επίπεδο προγεστερόνης 2.3 στην 21η ημέρα κύκλου 31-32 ημερών;
Καλησπέρα σας. Έχω κύκλο περίπου 31-32 ημερών. Στην 21η μέρα μέτρησα την προγεστερόνη ( σε πυρηνικό γιατρό) σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του γυναικολόγου. Η τιμή της ήταν 2.3. Τα όρια του εργαστηρίου είναι: Παραγωγική φάση: 0.3 -2.0 Ωορρηξία: 3.5 - 25 Εκκριτικη φάση: 1.2 - 25 ng/ml. Να ανησυχήσω που παρόλο που είμαι στα όρια της εκκριτικης φάσης το 2.3 είναι προς τα χαμηλά? Διαβάζω ότι αφού έχω κύκλο 31-32 ημερών κακώς έκανα την εξέταση στην 21η μέρα.

Καλησπέρα σας. Θα ήταν ίσως καλύτερα να γίνει 3 με 4 μέρες αργότερα η εξέταση της προγεστερονης. Προφανώς κ ένας υπέρηχος θα μπορούσε να επιβεβαιώσει την ωορρηξία αλλά μην γνωρίζοντας το πλήρες ιστορικό σας δεν μπορώ να σας απαντήσω πιο συγκεκριμένα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
