Χρειάζομαι επιπλέον εξετάσεις για HPV και Candida albicans μετά από thin PREP;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 48 ετών με κανονικό κύκλο και έκανα πρώτη φορά φέτος thin PREP το οποίο έδειξε "Σπάνια διπύρηνα, σπάνια απύρηνα πλακώδη κύτταρα, σπάνια παρακερατωσικά κύτταρα. Λίγα πλακώδη και μεταπλαστικά κύτταρα παρουσιάζουν ήπιες φλεγμονώδεις εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις - Αλλοιώσεις ελαφράς τραχηλίτιδος με πιθανή HPV συμμετοχή." Η καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού έδειξε Candida albicans και το HPV-DNA Test ήταν αρνητικό για τους 14 τύπους υψηλού κινδύνου. Χρειάζεται κάτι παραπάνω από εξετάσεις; Ευχαριστώ
