Έκανα τέστ Παπ και βγήκε κατηγορία 2-3.υπηρχαν και κάποια ακαθόριστης σημασίας άτυπα πλακωδη κύτταρα. Προχωρήσαμε σε κολποσκόπηση και ο γιατρός ανέφερε την πιθανότητα ύπαρξης hpv. Έγινε βιοψία και τα αποτελέσματα είναι: ΜΙΚΡΟΣΚΟΠΙΚΗ ΕΞΕΤΑΣΗ Τομές από τα τεμάχια έδειξαν τμήματα ενδοτραχήλου τα οποία παρουσίαζαν μικροπολυποδώδη εμφάνιση. Στο χόριο παρατηρήθηκαν πυκνότατες φλεγμονώδεις στρογγυλοκυτταρικές αθροίσεις με συμμετοχή και μέτριου αριθμού ουδετερόφιλων και ηωσινόφιλων πολυμορφοπύρηνων λευκοκυττάρων. Στις πολλαπλές εν σειρά τομές που ελήφθησαν (πολλαπλά βάθη) επιβεβαιώθηκαν τα ως άνω περιγραφόμενα ιστοπαθολογικά ευρήματα. Σ Υ Μ Π Ε Ρ Α Σ Μ Α: Έντονες αλλοιώσεις χρόνιας μικροπολυποδώδους και διαβρωτικής ενδοτραχηλίτιδας. Κακοήθης νεοπλασματική εξεργασία δεν διαπιστώθηκε. Ο γυναικολόγος μου είπε ότι είναι τραχηλιτιδα και προτείνετε επανέλεγχο τεστ Παπ σε 6 μήνες . Υπάρχει κάτι άλλο που θα μπορούσε να γίνει; ευχαριστώ
