Μπορεί η λήψη θυροξίνης (Euthirox 25mg) σε έφηβη 17 ετών με υποκλινικό υποθυρεοειδισμό να μειώσει μόνιμα τη λειτουργία του θυρεοειδή;
Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν η λήψη θυροξίνης ( euthirox 25mg) σε έφηβη 17 ετών με υποκλινικό υποθυροειδισμο θα μπορούσε να μειώσει μόνιμα τη λειτουργία του θυροειδή , να τον κάνει να "τεμπελιασει" αφού ο ο οργανισμός θα παίρνει έτοιμη την ορμόνη. Αν υπαρχει κινδυνος εξαρτησης και να να μην μπορεί να διακοπεί ? ( Υπήρξε δίλημμα κατά ποσο χρειάζεται να δοθει γιατι τα προβλήματα ειναι μονο οι διακυμάνσεις της Τsh από τα ανωτατα όρια μεχρι λίγο πιο πάνω απο το κανονικό η , αντίσταση στην ινσουλίνη 4.5, λιγο λιπος στην κοιλια και ελαφριά κόπωση. Άλλες ορμόνες,ανάπτυξη ,βαρος, αντισωματα οκ.)
