Καλησπέρα σας. Η tsh μου στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις μου ήταν 1,402. Κάθε χρόνο αυξάνεται και από λίγο,ωστόσο έχω βάλει αρκετά κιλά και παρόλο που προσπαθώ και με διατροφή και με άσκηση να τα χάσω δεν μπορώ. Συμπτώματα του θυροειδή έχω αρκετά παρόλα αυτά και έχω και ιστορικό στην οικογένεια. Ο ενδοκρινολόγος που κάλεσα μου είπε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να κάνω άλλες εξετάσεις. Για να γράψω t4 και τα σχετικά,πρέπει να μου τις γράψει κάποιος ενδοκρινολόγος;
