Είναι απαραίτητη η μετφορμίνη για σύλληψη με χασιμοτο και ινσουλινοαντίσταση;

Έχω χασιμοτο θυρεοειδιτιδα χωρίς παρουσία όζων ο γιατρός έδωσε τ4 των 50 για να ρίξουμε την tsh που είναι 3 για να βοηθήσει την σύλληψη αλλα έχω ήδη αντισταση στην ινσουλίνη 2,9 χωρίς να με βάλει σε αγωγή με μετφορμινη;μήπως τελικά έπρεπε να πάρω μετφορμινη να βελτιώσω το λιπιδαιμικο προφίλ για να μείνω έγκυος και μετά να ξεκινήσω το τ4;
