Καλησπερα σας, καναμε εξετασεις για θρομβοφιλια την 8-9 εβδομαδα της εγκυμοσυνης οπου εδειξαν πως η πρωτεινη S ειναι στo 48, το vWF Ag sto 171 και FXB 152. Ολοι οι αλλοι δεικτες ειναι σε φυσιολογικες τιμες και δεν εχει παρατηρηθει καμια μεταλαξη. Επισης δεν υπαρχει οικογενιακο ιστορικο θρομβοφιλιας, ουτε καποια προηγουμενη αποβολη. Οπως εχουμε καταλαβει, λογω εγκυμοσυνης η πρωτεινη S ειναι αναμενο να ειναι πιο χαμηλη απο τα φυσιολογικα ορια και επειδη το ραντεβου στον αιματολογο θα αργησει, θεωρειται σωστο να ξεκινησουμε αγωγη με ενεσεις κατα της θρομβοφιλιας? Υπαρχει περιπτωση επιπλοκων στην περιπτωση που το παρουμε ενω τελικα δεν χρειαζεται? Ο γυναικολογος μας ειπε να το παρουμε προληπτικα μεχρι να παμε στον αιματολογο. Ευχαριστω πολυ.

I was admitted to hospital with postmenopausal menorrhagia and 22 hematocrit. I was given 2 transfusions and next day with 28 hematocrit went through a successful radical hysterectomy. After surgery hematocrit was 24 and received 2 more transfusions. Left hospital 3 weeks ago with 29 hematocrit and iron deficiency anemia. Over the last three weeks recovery has been going well and blood test values normalizing now with 33.5 hematocrit. My concern is I left hospital with normal level blood platelets and every four days I was tested the platelets rose by 100k reaching 700k two days ago. I am due to stop blood-thinning injections in one week but this high value is concerning due to risk of clots. I am 68 years old and generally in good health. My doctor says not to worry and that this value will return to normal as healing continues and hematocrit goes to normal value. I am still worried about stopping the blood thinners in one week unless the platelets start going down. I would appreciate another professional opinion on this issue. Thank you.
