Συστήνεται εγχείριση αν το MRI δείξει μυελοπάθεια με καλή κλινική εικόνα;
Εάν το ων MRI δείξει μυελοοαθεια αλλά η κλινική εικόνα είναι σχεδόν πολύ καλή, πάλι συστήνεται εγχείριση? Στο παρών στάδιο υπάρχει μόνο μυρμηγκιασμα χεριών χωρίς πόνο. Υπάρχει όμως σαφής στένωση σε C5-C6. Είναι μονόδρομος το χειρουργείο η μπορώ να περιμένω?

Να μην κάνεις χειρουργείο δεν είναι η πρώτη σου επιλογή ή πρώτη επιλογή είναι η αποσυμπίεση που είναι συντηρητική θεραπεία και έχει υψηλά ποσοστά αποκατάστασης δηλαδή υποχωρεί η κήλη και ανοίγει στένωση
