Τι σημαίνουν τα αποτελέσματα της ΤΚΕ και CRP μετά από θεραπεία duspatalin;
Καλησπέρα σας!!! Πήγα η μητέρα μου στον γαστρεντερολογο γιατί την έπιασε ξαφνικά έντονος πονος μετα πο θεραπεία με duspatalin για 8 μερες τις έγραψε εξέτασεις . Και τα αποτελέσματα είναι αυτά ΤΚΕ 1η ώρα 50mm ΤΚΕ 2η ώρα 100mm Crp 0.04 Η γενική αίματος είναι όλες φυσιολογικές οι τιμές. Της είπε να δει παθολόγος την ΤΚΕ.

Η ΤΚΕ είναι δείκτης φλεγμονής λιγότερο ευαίσθητος από την crp. Αυξημένη ΤΚΕ μπορεί να προκύψει από μια αρθρίτιδα, μια χρόνια φλεγμονή όπως ένα αυτοάνοσο νόσημα ή και από κακοήθειες γι' αυτό είναι ένα εύρημα που πρέπει να συσχετιστεί με λεπτομερές ιστορικό και - αν χρειάζεται - απεικονιστικό έλεγχο (π.χ. αξονική τομογραφία). (Δεν είναι ειδική για το στομάχι ή το έντερο - μπορεί να σχετίζεται με κάτι από αυτά αλλά μπορεί και όχι.)

Σίγουρα χρειάζεται έλεγχο η μητέρα σας.
