Σπαστική κολίτιδα, αέρια και συχνές κενώσεις: προτάσεις βελτίωσης

Καλησπερα Εχω εδω και πολλα χρονια σπαστικη κολιτιδα. Δεν εχω πολλες διαρροιες αλλα εχω πολλα αερια σχεδον ολη την ημερα. Ο γιατρος μου εδωσε ibutin αλλα τα αερια δυστυχώς δεν μειωθηκαν. Επισης παρατηρησα οτι θελω να πηγαινω συχνα τουαλετα για αφοδευση. Τι μου προτείνετε? Γιατι δεν βλεπω βελτίωση? Το προβλημα ειναι πιο πολυ τα αερια. Προσεχω την διατροφη μου αλλα τιποτα. Σας ευχαριστώ

  • Το ευερέθιστο έντερο είναι διάγνωση δι αποκλεισμού, δηλαδή πρώτα αποκλείουμε παθήσεις που κάνουν αντίστοιχα συμπτώματα και μετά μιλάμε για ευερέθιστο έντερο. Το τι εξετάσεις γίνονται εξαρτώνται και από την ηλικία και το φύλο του ασθενούς αλλά και το είδος των ενοχλημάτων. Το πιο εύκολο σαν πρόταση είναι να πάρετε προβιοτικά, αλλά το σωστό είναι να σας δω.
