Καλησπέρα είχα μια επικίνδυνη επαφή πριν ένα χρόνο Και δεν έχω κάποιο σύμπτωμα ΣΜΝ αλλά δεν έχω κάνει παπ. Είμαι ασφαλής;

Θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιήσετε ορολογικό έλεγχο αίματος πέραν των συμπτωμάτων.

Καλησπέρα σας. Καταρχάς θα πρέπει να γνωρίζετε οτι το τεστ Παπ ελέγχει συγκεκριμένα τις αλλοιώσεις που προκαλεί ο HPV (λίγες γυναίκες το ξέρουν αυτό). Η καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού από την άλλη ελέγχει για αρκετά ΣΜΝ κ μη αλλά φυσικά όχι για όλα. Δυστυχώς τόσο ο HPV όσο και πολλά ΣΜΝ δεν έχουν πάντοτε συμπτώματα. Κατά συνέπεια κανένας δεν μπορεί να σας απαντήσει εαν έχετε κολλήσει κάτι ή όχι. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
