Πώς ο αυνανισμός επηρεάζει την αναπνοή μου και πού να απευθυνθώ για βοήθεια;
Σαν ανθρωπος κατέφευγα στη συνήθεια του αυνανισμού σαν ευκολη και άμεση λύση, μια συνήθεια που σε καποιες περιόδους απορροφάει αρκετό χρόνο. Παρατήρησα πλέον όλο και πιο έντονα επιδιώκοντας να φτάσω στην κορύφωση ότι μειώνω την αναπνοή μου προκειμένου να το πετύχω περισσότερες φορες. Είναι κάτι που πιστεύω ότι ισως μου εχει προκαλέσει καποιο θέμα στην αναπνοή μου καθώς μετα την πραξη και την επόμενη μερα νιωθω δυσκολια στην αναπνοή. Που μπορώ να απευθυνθώ και πως μπορει να αντιμετωπιστεί κατι τετοιο;
