Υδροσάλπιγγα, υπέρηχος και μαγνητική - μπορεί να μην φαινόταν πριν;
Καλησπέρα , πριν 3 χρόνια ο γυναικολόγος μου έβλεπε κάτι στον υπέρηχο σαν υδροσαλπιγκα και με έστειλε να κάνω μαγνητική κάτω κοιλιάς στην οποία φανηκε ότι δεν ήταν κάτι, τώρα που ξανά πήγα στον ίδιο γυναικολόγο για άλλο θέμα, μου είπε ότι αυτό ακόμα υπάρχει απλά έχει μικρύνει σε μέγεθος και απο 4 κάτι που ήταν είναι στα 2 κάτι, μου σύστησε να κάνω σαλπιγγογραφια, υπάρχει πιθανότητα υδροσαλπιγκας; Δεν θα έπρεπε να φαίνεται και στην μαγνητική από την στιγμή που φαίνεται στον υπέρηχο; Είμαι 25 χρόνων χωρίς παιδιά χωρίς χειρουργεία τπτ

Καλησπέρα. Καταλαβαίνω την ανησυχία σας, αλλά είναι σημαντικό να γνωρίζετε ότι δεν μπορώ να έχω πλήρη εικόνα χωρίς να σας έχω εξετάσει προσωπικά. Η μαγνητική τομογραφία είναι πολύ χρήσιμη εξέταση, αλλά δεν είναι πάντα η πλέον κατάλληλη για τη διάγνωση υδροσαλπίγγων. Συχνά ο υπέρηχος μπορεί να ανιχνεύσει πιο εύκολα το υγρό στις σάλπιγγες, ενώ η μαγνητική δεν το δείχνει πάντα τόσο καθαρά. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
