Μπορεί η ιερολαγονίτιδα χωρίς θετικούς αιματολογικούς δείκτες να είναι αυτοάνοσο;
Έχω κάνει MRI η οποία απεικονίζει έντονη ιερολαγονιτιδα , όμως όλοι οι αιματολογικοί δείκτες είναι καθαροί (HBLA κλπ) έχω δει 4 ρευματολόγους , ένα νευροχειρουργό και 3 ορθοπεδικούς ….. πρέπει να κάνω έγχυση ; Ειναι αυτοάνοσο ; Έχουν περάσει 3 χρονια και δεν έχω βρει ακόμη άκρη …..,

Όχι έγχυση. Θα πρέπει να αποκλειστεί (αυτοάνοση) σπονδυλαρθρίτιδα με προσεκτικό διάβασμα της μαγνητικής και προσεκτική λήψη ιστορικού και κλινική εξέταση. Έχουν σημασία πολλοί παράμετροι όπως άλλα προβλήματα υγείας (π.χ. αυτοάνοσα νοσήματα), φάρμακα, ηλικία, φύλο, μορφή του πόνου κ.α.
