Αυξημένη CRP, ΤΚΕ, CH50 και C3 με αρνητικά ANA και RA: Αυτοάνοση αρθρίτιδα;
Καλησπέρα. Αυξημένη crp 1,58 τκε 48 , συμπληρωμα ολικο CH50 93 και συμπλήρωμα C3 200 με αρνητικό ΑΝΑ και αρνητικο RA , με ευαισθησία στις αρθρώσεις των ποδιών και των χεριών , υπάρχει περίπτωση για αυτοάνοση αρθρίτιδα; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Θα μπορούσε. Οι φλεγμονώδεις αρθρίτιδες συχνά δεν έχουν κάποιο αντίσωμα θετικό αλλά έχουν αυξημένους δείκτες φλεγμονές συνήθως. Θα πρέπει να δείτε ρευματολόγο. Στη διάθεσή σας!

Τα αρνητικά αντιπυρηνικά αντισώματα (ΑΝΑ) και ο αρνητικός ρευματοειδής παράγοντας
( RAtest) δεν αρκούν από μόνα τους για να αποκλειστεί το ενδεχόμενο αυτοάνοσης αρθρίτιδας. Δεδομένου οτι οι δείκτες φλεγμονής ( CRP/ TKE) είναι αυξημένοι και συνυπάρχει άλγος των αρθρώσεων είναι καλό (αν δεν έχει ήδη γίνει ) μια Ρευματολογική εκτίμηση.

Η απάντηση είναι ένα απλό ναι. Υπάρχει δηλαδή η πιθανότητα αρθρίτιδας στα πλαίσια αυτοανόσου νοσήματος. Φυσικά πρέπει να επισκεφτείτε ρευματολόγο, ο οποίος θα ερευνήσει και άλλα ενδεχόμενα.
