- Ραγάδα Πρωκτού

Ήμουν για αρκετό καιρό με ευκοιλιότητα η οποία μου προκάλεσε ραγάδα πρωκτού. Την εντόπισα εδώ και 4 μήνες. Εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες χρησιμοποιώ την rectogesic την αλοιφή καθώς και συμπλήρωμα ψίλιου για να έχω μαλακά κόπρανα. Δεν έχω αίμα, ούτε πόνο ούτε κάψιμο πλέον, νιώθω όμως κάποιο τράβηγμα ιδικά όταν τα κόπρανα είναι μεγάλα σε όγκο. Επίσης έχω πόνο όταν ψηλαφώ την περιοχή γύρω απο τον πρωκτό καθώς και κνησμό. Ο κνησμός νομίζω οφείλεται στην αλοιφή γιατί όταν την περιόρισα περιορίστηκε κι αυτός. Σε τι ειδικότητα πρέπει να απευθυνθώ για να έλγξουμε τι γίνεται εκεί κάτω? Οπτικά δεν παρατειρώ κάτι.

H περίοδος επούλωσης μιας ραγάδας πρωκτού είναι μακρά ενώ μέχρι να εξαφανιστούν πλήρως τα συμπτώματα ενδέχεται να περάσει αρκετός καιρός. Θα πρέπει η θεραπεία να γίνεται υπό ιατρική παρακολούθηση.
