Τι να κάνω για φίμωση και αφόρητο πόνο στην βάλανο εκτός από περιτομή;

Έχω φίμωση και με πονάει πολύ κατα την πράξη το πετσάκι, παράλληλα στο στομάτικό αν το κατεβάσει η συντοφος μου πονάει αφόρητα η βάλανος. Γενικά και λίγο νερό να πέσει στην βάλανο πονάει αφόρητα απο τότε που ημούν μικρός, ντρεπόμουν συνέχεια και δεν ρωτούσα κανέναν γι' αυτο το θέμα. Εκτός από περιτομή τι μπορώ να κάνω? Σας ευχαριστω!
