Πίνω πολύ νερό (20 ποτήρια καθημερινά) και ούρω συχνά.Αλλα το τελευταίο δεκαπενθήμερο νιώθω τσούξιμο στην ουρήθρα μετα την ούρηση και την εκσπερματωση, ιδίως μέρες που τυχαίνει να έχω σκληρές κενώσεις.Σημειωνω ότι έχω ήπιες εσωτερικές αιμορροιδες.Μου έχει τύχει κάτι ανάλογο το 2018 και το 2021.Ειμαι 47 ετών, και έχω φυσιολογικό psa 1.41 48/100. Καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι πιθανόν να έχω προστατιτιδα η υπερπλασισ προστάτη.Μηπως όμως ερεθίζεται η άκρη της ουρήθρας μου από πίεση στην κένωση, τις αιμορροιδες, η επειδή την καθαρίζω με βρεγμένο χαρτί μετά την ούρηση?
